What types of events do you cover?
We can cover a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate conferences, galas, parties, and more. Whether it's a small intimate gathering or a large-scale event, an event planning service can help bring your vision to life.
What services do event planning companies provide?
We offer a variety of services tailored to meet the specific needs of their clients. These services can include event conceptualization and design, budgeting and financial management, venue selection, vendor management, event marketing and promotion, logistics coordination, on-site management, guest registration, event production, and post-event evaluation. The level of service can be customized based on the client's requirements and budget.

How far in advance should I hire an event planning service?
We generally recommend hiring us for your event as early as possible. Depending on the complexity and size of the event, it's advisable to start the planning process 3 months in advance to allow ample time for proper organization and coordination. This ensures that the event planning service can secure the desired venues, vendors, and resources for your event.
Disclaimer: Once a contract is signed, the deposit is nonrefundable, charges may apply depending on how much service has already been provided.
Rental
How far in advance should I book my event rentals?
It is advisable to book your event rentals as early as possible to ensure availability. Popular rental items tend to get reserved quickly, especially during peak seasons. You have a 5 day rental window. After 5 days there is a rental fee.
Do you offer delivery and setup services?
No we do not offer delivery and setup services for the rentals
How long is the rental period?
The rental period is 5 days, after which late $50 late fees apply daily.
What happens if rented items are damaged or lost?
In case of damage or loss, you will be responsible for replacement charges. The payment will automatically be taken out of your credit card payment. Replacement charges are not the rental price, it will be retail price.
Can I make changes to my rental order?
Yes within 24 hours of payment you can send us an email stating your changes. Changes are also based on availability. Significant changes close to the event date may be subject to limitations or additional fees, so it's advisable to contact us as soon as possible.
How do I make a rental reservation?
To make a reservation, you can do it directly on the website, a confirmation email will also be sent after payment with extra instructions. If you have more questions feel free to contact us.
